Draw for Bible Memory- Ephesians 6:10

Ephesians 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

This short but sweet verse is a terrific one to learn the process of drawing for Bible memory!

The sentiment is so encouraging because it takes the burden off us to figure it all out and shoulder the burden of life’s cares. The Lord is the one with the strength and power, not us.

We can lean into him and step into the power available to us through him, the creator of the universe! Isn’t that amazing to think about?

When you are drawing this verse with your kids, ask them what things worry, stress, or bother them. Encourage them to go to the Lord in prayer.

He can show them how to be strong in him. They will begin to feel his mighty power enabling them to withstand and handle their troubles.

You could mount their drawing of this verse on black paper and hang it in their bedroom. They can be proud of working hard to hide God’s word in their heart and learning how to trust him for all things.

I added a little color to this and set it on black paper to give you an idea how it would look mounted.

Have fun with it and don’t be afraid to change it up if a different picture works better for your family.
